Loose-coil cooling conveyor is located in the middle part between wire rod spitting machine and coil collecting station, it receives and conveys coils pouring out from wire rod spitting machine, makes controlled cooling as to wire rods of different types and different specifications in the course of conveying, affords them good metal lograghic structures and good mechanic performances. In the meanwhile, it conveys loose coils into coil collecting station.
Coil collecting station is located in the lower part of trailing end of loose-coil cooling conveyor. After vertically collecting loose coils out of loose-coil cooling conveyor into curled-coils, double arbor rod rotates in 90 degree, then, it conveys loose coils onto the upper part of coil conveyor.
Coil conveyor disassembles rod coils that are on the horizontal arbor and conveys them into the "C" shaped hook of hook conveyor. |
